1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• All sessions are prepaid and non‑refundable once booked.
• If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule your session or transfer it to another person, subject to availability.
• To reschedule or transfer a session, please email me at contact@chirayadharma.com at least 24 hours before your appointment time. 

2. Radical self-responsibility

By choosing to work with me, you acknowledge that:

• You are 100% responsible for your own life, choices, and outcomes.

• I offer insight, reflection, information, and guidance, not directives.

• Any actions you take after our session are your own conscious choice.

In other words: I’m a guide, not a boss, doctor, or savior. You remain the sovereign author of your life.

3. Nature of the session

In our time together, I may offer:

• Intuitive insights, spiritual guidance, and energetic perspectives

• Tools, practices, and suggestions for you to consider and try

Nothing shared in the session is a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Please treat everything as supportive input, not as instructions or guarantees.

4. Medical and mental health disclaimer

I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed health-care provider.

If at any point your situation involves physical health, mental health, or any condition that may require professional care, it is your responsibility to:

• Seek support from a licensed medical or mental health professional

• Follow the guidance of your qualified health-care providers

It is your choice and responsibility to consult your doctor, therapist, or other licensed practitioner around any major decisions related to your health, safety, or well-being, especially if a session brings up themes that could affect your medical or mental health care.

5. Major life decisions

Sessions may illuminate patterns, possibilities, and “choice points” in areas such as relationships, career, money, home, or health.

You agree that:

• You will not rely solely on this session for major life decisions.

• You will take time to reflect, and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals (such as doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors) before making significant changes to your health, safety, legal status, or finances.

6. No guarantees

We always operate by setting a strong, safe energetic container, and the clear instructions to “The Field” and God-Source-Love-Our High Selves intention to serve your highest good.

• That said, due to the dynamic moving parts of any human life and your own free will choice, I cannot and do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our work together.
• Your experience will be shaped by your willingness, readiness, and the actions you choose to take.

7. Consent

By scheduling and/or attending a session with me, you are stating that:

• You consent to my recording your session if you elect to have transcripts or recordings sent to you.

• You have read, understood, and agree to this Session Agreement.

• You are over 18 years of age (or have proper legal consent/guardian involvement as required by your local laws).

• You are entering this experience by your own free will.
